Hi, I'm a counsellor specializing in children and young people up to 21 years old. I have worked with children for over 20 years first as a teacher and more recently as a counsellor. I am open, honest and non-judgemental. If at the moment you are struggling please don't hesitate to contact me. I have a masters in Counselling Children and Young People and I am registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCS (National Counselling Society).
Integrative Counselling
1-1 Counselling using Person-centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Creative Sessions & others.
I have a degree in Psychology, am a qualified primary school teacher and have a masters in counselling children and young people. I have worked with young people experiencing difficulties with ADHD, anxiety, ASD, bereavement, depression, identity, loss, obsessions, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm, stress, trauma.
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering 1-1 sessions for children and young people up to 21 years old. I offer a calm supportive environment and will work with you so you feel as comfortable as possible. I use a range of methods in order to help including person-centered, CBT, psychodynamic, creative and others.
